More people are looking into spaces where they can relax and be able to breathe as if they are far from work even if they are just minutes away.

An exclusive and quiet neighborhood beside the Palms Country club, allowing residents to be conveniently near to life’s essentials from world-class medical facilities, multinational businesses, shopping, and commercial centers, to top educational institutions – Botanika Nature Residences serves as a residential paradise in the busy city. With their latest development, the Two Botanika Nature Residences, Filigree continuously focuses on the design and green space, bringing the luxury of living in a vertical space to a whole new level.

Filigree Business Unit Head Daphne Sanchez explains that luxury is not about being expensive. Other developers may claim that their units have higher value, however, their definition of luxury at Filigree is about how much space you can build in a plot of land together with international, top-caliber architects and interior designers.

The concept of this vertical village is to provide a people-centric design that gives residents the benefit of living with commercial infrastructure and spaces around them.

With Two Botanika, the grandeur of living spaces will be available additionally to its premiere development while keeping the promise of a low density building.

The 15,500 sqm of land space of the development houses approximately 370 units in total for the whole development of three towers — one of the least dense and spacious condominium buildings in the Philippines, as of today.

Two Botanika gives high value to privacy and exclusivity. It also incorporates a Zen line garden design in its atrium inspired by the flow garden of its premiere building, Botanika Tower 1.

“It is very much in keeping with the overall idea of being in a healthful place where you can just relax and not feel confined the way you normally would in a condo tower. There is a sense of expansiveness, openness, actual ventilation, and daylight,” shares Tina Periquet, Principal Architect of Periquet Galicia Inc. who is in charge of space planning of Two Botanika units and interior designing of its model units and the Filigree Showsuites.

Two Botanika captures the spirit of its predecessor, Botanika Tower 1 – with more elevated vertical village living by highlighting community, luxury, and world-class innovation.

On Isabelle Miaja part, like Tina’s, also mention her contribution to Botanika. “When we design, we build every project around a storyline that is connected to the place, the people, and its art – the whole cultural background,” says Miaja, Interior Designer and Managing Director of Miaja Design Group, in charge of the interior design of the common areas

Along with its carefully curated amenities that have been purposely designed for the resident’s well-being, the Two Botanika also has its own fitness gym and a Sky Lounge which provides a magnificent view of the Filinvest City.

Bringing residents closer to green spaces

Two Botanika supports a modern-sustainable lifestyle by being one of the first residential buildings to provide charging stations for fully electric vehicles (FEVs). It has also integrated a rainwater harvesting system in its design to help with the country’s water conservation efforts.

Further efforts to bring the outdoors closer to residents, all the units at Two Botanika have deeper lanais which allows a continuous transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.

“It is going back to the simple things – a beautiful garden, bumping into your friends, feeling part of a community, feeling safe and breathing good air,” shares Andy Locsin, Architect of Record of the whole Botanika development and Design Consultant of Leandro V. Locsin Partners.

Due to its well thought of architecture, building amenities, and green efforts, the Botanika Nature Residences has also been awarded four-star Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE) and three-star certification for Health + Well-being Pilot program from the Philippine Green Council for its genuinely green and sustainable design.

Two Botanika’s groundbreaking marks the emergence of a future-ready luxurious vertical village in the South of the Metro. To date, the development’s excavation work is at 70% and is expected to finish by the end of June, 2023.

It is proving that Two Botanika Nature Residences not only offers luxurious, modern-Zen design but also a clean, green, and spacious environment for its residents right at the heart of Alabang’s garden central business district.
