This construction milestone also came at a timely moment with Botanika Nature Residences recently receiving a 5-star rating from the Asia Pacific Property Awards for Best Architecture Multiple Residences Category Philippines for 2023-2024. The residential property was also awarded Best Sustainable Residential Development Philippines for 2020-2021 by the same award-giving body.
